RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods, provided we get them back within 14 days of receiving and in perfect original saleable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges with the exception of faulty items. For your protection, please be sure to return your goods via recorded or registered post.

EXCHANGES

Items may be exchanged by arrangement with a member of the IDEA team. Email info@ideanow.online.

REFUNDS

A full refund of the original purchase and original shipping/delivery fee paid will be initialised within 24 hours of us receiving the goods back and checking they are in resalable condition. Refunds will be made via the original method of payment (PayPal, cards, etc).
