The highly influential and arguably the most famous of the Japanese mooks. Made In U.S. Published in the mid 70's out of Japan. Created by Yoshihisa Kinameri and Jirō Ishikawa (who also created the fantastic Ski Life magazine) before they went on to start Popeye magazine in '76. The premise to the amazine was to simply profile clothing brands and sort out household items, made in America (obvs), which were widely popular amongst young people at the time. An anthropological directory. A necessity.
