The first two volumes of International Graffiti Times. A bloated NY Mayor Ed Koch on the cover of the first issue. IGT is one of the earliest examples of a graffiti print amazine, focusing heavily on the NY graffiti and subway art scene. Founded by photographer/artist (who went by the name Yanqui Junkie) David Schmidlapp or worked for the Soho Weekly News. Serving as part street art newspaper, cultural zine and almost a beat poet/rap poetry journal. The second issue with an interview with Phase 2 who went on to become the art director of the mag from issue 8 onwards. This issue printed on an off-set printer which continued on through later issues.
