David Hockney Picasso. Published by Hanuman Books in 1991. Extraordinary tiny book. An essay by Hockney on the modern master. With gold text and that cover picture it is the coolest cutest rare book in the IDEA world. This is an excellent condition example.

Published between 1986 and 1993, Hanuman Books was founded by Raymond Foye and Francesco Clemente. The books were designed after small handmade Indian prayer books discovered by the duo on a trip to India and featured some of the biggest names in avant-garde and beat culture of the time. The administrative and editorial divisions of the press were housed in New York's Chelsea Hotel, while printing and binding were done in Madras, India.
