New favourite book!!! Mikkel Aland's County Fair Portraits. These huge flat pack walk-in studios were fantastic. The black & white portraits, even more so. Aland's studio toured around a lot of the southern Californian fairs capturing all types of society in the late 70's; Angel's (both bikers and beauty's), new family portraits, first and forever loves. The cover... come on, that's the sweetest cover ever!
