And this landscape. Familiar to everyone as the cover of Youth Hotel (2015). There are three more photographs printed; selected by Gosha from the past five years of the Gosha Rubchinskiy label.
WOW. What else can you say? The screen prints are the same 16 x 12 inch size as the photo prints. Brilliantly achieved in four florescent colours, silver and gold foil and printed on copper and silver reflective card as shown below.
That may as well say BUY ME NOW. The edition is extraordinarily desirable. Handmade white clothbound, hinged tray box with red silicon Gosha Rubchinskiy label to the cover.
Add to that Gosha's signature and a number from 1-100.
The edition launches in Japan. The price is ¥90,000 (that's £650 / €750 / $800). First copies will be available from Saturday 18th at Dover Street Market Ginza.
This will be followed by releases at Dover Street Market London, New York, Comme des Garçons Trading Museum, Paris and other very special stores. An online release will run alongside these city launches. It will happen like this - until they are gone.
